The committee Consists Of Four Officers The chair, the treasurer, the club secretary and the diving Officer along with Nine other members who meet monthly at the clubhouse. A new committee is elected in October each year and the latest Committee consists of:- |
Carol O Neill- Chair

Carol has been a member of the club for four years and is still an Ocean Diver. However of late she has done a lot of diving and hopes to become a sport diver quite soon. this is Carol's second year as chair and she has helped the club in all sorts of areas from helping with the bar and organising social events to collecting pool fees
She served on the committee as Vice Chair and Fin Inn rep.
Her ambition is to strengthen the club and improve the facilities for the membership.

He has been the Treasurer for Years, he has also worked (a long time ago as Membership Secretary .

Mick started diving in 1988 He has achieved his Advanced Diver and Advanced Nitrox diver qualification. Mick is also an Open Water Instructor, approved O2 and boat handling instructor Mick enjoys all types of diving but thrives on training or teaching others to dive. He also has a hand in looking after the clubs web site (that is why it is in a mess)

This is my first year as the training officer . I am a Sports Diver and like to dive most weekends, I hope to complete my Club instructor this year and I am looking forward to my first job on the committee and hope to organise the training you require along with some good diving throughout the year. If you've got any training needs good diving locations or just fancy a dive contact me at the club or give me a ring.

Bernard has been a member of the club for around 10 years his has just finished his advanced diver qualification . He is a advanced nitrox diver and a assistant club instructor. He is well known throughout the club for his ability to be sea sick at the sight of any water. He has been the Boat Officer for the last three years and had a great crew of helpers who kept the boats up and running. Bernard's ambition is to get a dive in this next season.

Jill has been diving for about 6 years now and has dived in all sorts of locations at home and abroad. She enjoy all types of diving from deep dark wrecks to lovely scenic Dives. She is a Sport Diver( would be a Dive Leader if she took the exam) and she particularly enjoys the social side of diving, the parties, etc especially if she is organising them.
Jill served the committee as both social secretary and Fin Inn Rep for the last Three years and hopes to get the club into party mode this year.
